Product Description
This product series is blended from highly refined high-quality base oil and special additives including anti-wear, anti-rust, and tackifier. It is designed to provide excellent friction reduction, anti-stick-slip, and lubrication performance for machine tool slideways. Among them, the L-HG series (Hydraulic Slideway Oil) combines the properties of both hydraulic oil and slideway oil, specifically designed for machine tools where the hydraulic system and guideways share the same oil supply.

Scope of application
Suitable for the lubrication of various machine tool slideways (such as lathes, milling machines, grinders, and planers), guide rails, and worktables. The L-HG series is particularly suitable for the hydraulic systems and guideway lubrication of precision machine tools (such as grinding machines, lathes, and machining centers).

Product performance
Excellent anti-stick-slip (anti-creep) performance, ensuring smooth and precise movement of the machine tool worktable.
Strong adhesion and oil film strength, effectively preventing the oil film from being washed away by cutting fluids.
Good anti-wear and extreme pressure performance, reducing guide rail wear and prolonging equipment life.
Excellent anti-rust and anti-corrosion properties, protecting the guide rail metal surfaces.
