High-temperature Chain Oil

Product Description
This product is blended from highly refined high-quality base oil (synthetic or semi-synthetic) and special high-temperature antioxidants, extreme-pressure, and anti-wear additives. It is specifically designed for the lubrication of chains operating under high-temperature conditions, providing long-lasting lubrication and protection.

Scope of application
Suitable for the lubrication of transmission chains, conveyor chains, and oven chains in high-temperature environments. Widely used in textile printing and dyeing (stenter machines), plastic foaming, industrial ovens, kilns, and drying equipment.

Excellent thermal and oxidation stability, effectively reducing carbon deposit and varnish formation at high temperatures.
Extremely low volatility, minimizing oil consumption and smoke generation to maintain a clean working environment.
Excellent anti-wear and extreme pressure performance, reducing chain wear and extending chain life.
Strong adhesion, effectively preventing oil splashing at high speeds and ensuring continuous lubrication.
Good water resistance and anti-rust properties.

●During storage, transportation and use, pay attention to prevent the mixing of water, dust and other corrosive media.
●Do not mix with other oils.
●When this product is in use, it is a normal phenomenon that the color becomes darker when it is exposed to light or under high temperature for a long time, and it does not affect the use.
●Store in a clean, cool and dry place.
