Scope of application
Suitable for the lubrication and sealing of various rotary vane vacuum pumps, reciprocating vacuum pumps, and diffusion pumps. Widely used in vacuum metallurgy, vacuum coating, electronic manufacturing, chemical engineering, and laboratory applications.
