Product Description
This product series is blended from high-quality base oil (synthetic ester, water-glycol, or deeply refined mineral oil) and special additives. It is designed for hydraulic systems operating under severe or specific conditions, providing reliable power transmission, lubrication, and protection.

Scope of application
Suitable for high-pressure hydraulic systems with special requirements for environmental protection, fire resistance, or extreme temperatures. Widely used in aviation, metallurgy, marine, forestry, and environmentally sensitive areas.

Product performance (Common Features)
Excellent anti-wear and extreme-pressure performance, effectively protecting hydraulic pumps and components.
Good thermal and oxidation stability, extending oil drain intervals.
Excellent anti-rust and anti-corrosion properties, protecting metal parts from wear and corrosion.
Good filterability and shear stability, ensuring stable system pressure.
Specific physical and chemical parameters (such as viscosity, flash point, pour point), please refer to our Technical Data Sheet (TDS).

Product Types & Specific Advantages
Synthetic Ester Hydraulic Oil (32#, 46#)
Environmentally friendly and readily biodegradable. High viscosity index, ensuring stable operation over a wide temperature range. Ideal for environmentally sensitive areas.
Water-glycol Fire-resistant Hydraulic Fluid (46#)
Excellent fire resistance, no flash point, effectively preventing fire hazards caused by oil leakage. Good cooling performance. Ideal for high-risk fire environments such as steel mills and die-casting machines.
Aviation Hydraulic Oil (10#, 15#)
Excellent low-temperature fluidity, low volatility, and outstanding thermal stability. Specifically designed for aircraft hydraulic systems operating at high altitudes and extremely cold conditions.

Technical specifications
Conform to relevant industry standards (e.g., GB/T 21449, GJB 1177, or equivalent).
Meets the requirements of major hydraulic pump manufacturers.

Packing Specifications
18L, 200L, IBC tote or packing according to customer needs.

Attention
●During storage, transportation and use, pay attention to prevent the mixing of water, dust and other corrosive media.
●Do not mix with other oils.
●When this product is in use, it is a normal phenomenon that the color becomes darker when it is exposed to light or under high temperature for a long time, and it does not affect the use.
●Store in a clean, cool and dry place.
